Who I Am

I’m Regina Rueda — founder of Organize & Align 360, a Latino-owned Feng Shui and home organization practice based in Alexandria, VA. I help people create homes that feel balanced, supportive, and aligned with the life they want through Traditional Feng Shui and intentional home organization.

My Story

I was born in Peru and raised in a world of nature, warmth, and simplicity — the roots that shaped my love for harmony and intentional living. But life wasn’t always simple. There were times when everything felt overwhelming, when the stress in my home mirrored the stress inside me, and that weight affected my entire family.

Little by little, I began organizing my spaces not to make them look perfect, but to feel lighter. And as my home changed, something inside me changed too.
When I discovered Traditional Feng Shui, I realized something deeper: our environment has the power to support our healing, our clarity, and our future. That understanding transformed my life — and now it’s the foundation of the work I do for others.

My Approach

I believe a home should support your energy — not drain it. My method blends compassionate, judgment-free home organization with Classical Traditional Feng Shui, including Flying Stars, energy flow, and compass directions. I approach every home with empathy, respect, and an understanding of how life’s challenges shape both our environment and our inner world. My goal is to help you feel lighter, clearer, and more grounded — one step at a time.
