Investment & Timing

What is the price and minimum booking? Paragraph: Sessions are 3–6 hours at $120 per hour. One additional hour can be added at a reduced rate of $90. To ensure meaningful results, the minimum booking is a 3-hour session.

When is payment due? Paragraph: Payment is due at the end of each session. Accepted payments include check, money order, cash, Zelle, Venmo, and credit cards.

What is the cancellation policy? Paragraph: Please provide 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations (except emergencies) incur the full session fee. All payments are non-refundable.

What to Expect

Do I need to be there?

Yes, your presence is important because you make the final decisions. I guide and support you throughout the process.

Do I need to buy containers or supplies?

No, we start with what you already have. If you want me to source new supplies, a small additional fee applies.

What happens to the items we declutter?

Nothing leaves without your approval. We sort items into Keep, Donate, Recycle, or Trash, and I can help coordinate donation drop-offs.

Do you travel outside of Alexandria?

My standard service area is within 10–15 miles of Alexandria, VA. Travel outside this area can be arranged for an additional fee.
