💼 Investment & Session Details

What is the pricing and minimum booking?

Sessions are $120 per hour with a 3-hour minimum booking.

One additional hour may be added at a reduced rate of $90.

When is payment due and what methods are accepted?

Payment is due at the end of each session. Accepted methods include cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, and credit cards.

What is the cancellation policy?

A 48-hour notice is required to avoid the full session fee.
All payments are non-refundable.

Do I need to be present during the session?

Yes. Your presence is important because you make the final decisions. I walk with you and support you throughout the process.

Do I need to buy containers or supplies?

No. We begin with what you already have. If you choose for me to source new supplies, a small additional fee applies.

What happens to the items we declutter?

Nothing leaves your home without your approval. Items are sorted into Keep, Donate, Recycle, or Trash, and donation drop-offs can be coordinated.

Do you travel outside of Alexandria, VA?

My standard service area covers 10–15 miles from Alexandria, VA. Travel outside this area can be arranged for an additional fee.
