What’s the price?
3–6 hour session at $120 per hour. If you need one additional hour, it can be added at a reduced rate of $90.
Is it possible to book only one hour?
No. The minimum booking is a 3-hour session to ensure meaningful results.
Could you send me the bill later?
Payment is due at the end of each session. Accepted payments: check, money order, cash, Zelle, Venmo, and credit cards.
Do I need to be there for my project?
Yes. Your presence is important because you make the final decisions. I guide and support you throughout the process.
Can I get a refund if I'm not happy with your service?
All payments are non-refundable. I confirm your goals beforehand to ensure your experience aligns with your needs.
What’s your cancelation policy?
Please provide 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations (except emergencies) incur the full session fee before rescheduling.
How long will my project take?
Every home and person is different. The timeline depends on how quickly you make decisions about what to keep or let go. I work at your own pace.
Do I need to buy containers?
No. We start with what you already have. After decluttering, I help you choose containers that truly fit your space and lifestyle.
Who provides the organizing supplies?
You may use your own bins and boxes. If you want me to source supplies, a small additional fee applies.
Do you travel outside of Alexandria?
My standard service area is within 10–15 miles of Alexandria, VA. Travel outside this area can be arranged for an additional fee.
